Quick Update
almost 7 years ago – Wed, Jul 19, 2017 at 04:28:48 PM

Hi there

I've just got word that games should be hitting the port on Monday! Which is only a couple of days off the original estimate.

I've now sent backer addresses off to our fulfilment partner GamesQuest. Fingers crossed we have a smooth transition and games are sent out by the end of the month.

I'll keep you posted!

Until next time...

On route
almost 7 years ago – Thu, Jul 13, 2017 at 11:28:18 PM

Hi there,

Just a quick update to say that the ship is currently heading past Egypt so things are looking good.

Also the addresses weren't actually locked down on 30 June (I moved house and didn't have internet), so I have now triggered the 48 hour reminder.

There are still 14 people left to complete their surveys so I've sent a final reminder.

Until next time!

We're on a boat!
almost 7 years ago – Wed, Jun 14, 2017 at 12:35:02 AM

Well almost...

The games are scheduled to be picked up from China on Friday and, barring any delays, should arrive with the fulfilment company on 20 July.

From then games will be sent out to you lovely backer!

In the meantime if you need to update your address you can do that by going here:

https://nothing-to-declare.backerkit.com/

As we're now close to fulfilment, I'll need to lock down addresses and use Backerkit to charge any extras that may have been ordered along with pre-orders.

Please make any amendments by  30 June 2017. A 48 hour reminder will be sent.

If you've already completed your survey and not changed address you do not have to do anything.

Until next time...

Production Copies are here!
almost 7 years ago – Sat, May 20, 2017 at 11:32:45 AM

Hi there,

I hope this update finds you well. Things are really rolling along nicely now. I'll just shut up and show you some pictures.

cards!
cards!

Box!

Box Back!

Stuff inside box!

These are the final production copies, I'm really happy how everything came out. Although I get super anxious that I've somehow managed to miss some kind of detail, everything looks great. We cleaned up the cards a bit making the text clearer and bolder and I'm really happy we went for the 2 piece box rather than a tuck box.

As you can see we wanted to make the box look like a travel bag. These pictures don't show the handle on top and wheels on the bottom.

What's next

Now that everything is finalised we can crack on with the translations. Whilst that's happening we're gonna get the game all packaged up and on a boat.

Broadly speaking I think we're still on track for July fulfilment, although I'll have a more accurate date once it's actually on a boat.

I hope you like it and thanks for your patience.

Until next time...

Digital Proofs
almost 7 years ago – Mon, May 01, 2017 at 12:22:27 AM

Well hello there, I hope you are well.

I've returned from a holiday break with some news. Our manufacturer WinGo has provided me with the digital proofs (these are the print files that be used for production).

I've reviewed these and made a few amendments, which they will incorporate. Once that's good everything should kick in to full swing.

FARSIGHT

Our friends at Braincrack games have just launched a massive game, if you're looking for a strategy war game with some new twists I suggest you check it out;

New stuff

As I mentioned I've started working on some new projects, I've been posting about these over on my facebook page and instagram. Be sure to check 'em out, they're very different from Nothing To Declare but maintain my core values, to be accessible and contemporary.

Until next time...
