Latest Updates from Our Project:

Surveys are Live!
over 7 years ago – Thu, Dec 22, 2016 at 03:43:14 PM

As promised I've set up backer surveys are now live

You'll receive an email from BackerKit shortly (check your junk mail just in-case) which will contain a link for you to enter your details. It's a pretty straight forward process, you'll be asked a couple of questions (like what name you'd like to appear in the credits and your address details).

If you backed to name a passenger you can enter that here and if you backed at the level to add an item to the game you'll have the option to upload an image.

Remember if you pledged an additional amount be sure to select your individual add-ons here. You'll also have the option to upgrade your pledge if you backed at the £1 level.

I've not really set a hard deadline for completing the surveys just yet, but please if you backed to add a name or item fill them out as soon as possible so that I can collate this information and get working on the new and updated cards.

Using the power of BackerKit I'll also start taking pre-orders for the game so if you know anyone that missed out they can still get involved.

EDIT: I should have said please be aware that your backerkit email will go to the email address you used for Kickstarter

Until next time!

Backer Surveys!
over 7 years ago – Tue, Dec 20, 2016 at 06:23:28 PM

The Kickstarter funds have finally been deposited!

That means I can start to send out surveys and collect your address details. It also means I'll be able to setup pre-orders for anyone that missed out on the campaign, of which I've already been contacted by a few people.

I'll be using a service called BackerKit to help do all this. It's a very straight forward process and gives me much more detail and more powerful tools than Kickstarter's survey process.

I've submitted the survey for BackerKit to review and I'm hoping I managed to catch them before they close for the festive period. I'll send out another email once the surveys go live and give you a little walk through of how to fill it out.

In the meantime I've continued to playtest and finalise the abilities of the passengers.

Playmat design part 2

We've also been working on the latest iteration of the playmat. The difficulty is trying to keep it simple whilst also making it visually appealing. Let me know what you think.

Let's get this game made!
over 7 years ago – Sun, Dec 04, 2016 at 07:24:33 PM

Apologies for the delay in giving you more detailed info, real life got in the way a bit. But don't let that make you think I haven't been working hard. I did some more playtesting this weekend helping refine the passenger abilities.

First thing, thank you!

I've said it before and I'll say it again I am truly humbled by the support you have given me and this project.

What's happening now

So Kickstarter is now processing the payments, this will take a couple of weeks, please let me know if you have any issues.

BackerKit

I've teamed up with BackerKit to help collate addresses and work out exactly what add-ons you wanted. If you're not familiar with BackerKit don't worry it's super simple. You'll receive an email link that will take you to BackerKit and guide you through the process.

If you pledged for one of the tiers to add a new item or name a passenger I'll be getting that information from you through BackerKit.

My goal is to get BackerKit all set up before the new year. I'll then keep it open as long as possible, since I imagine many of you will be busy yourselves over the next month.

I'll keep you posted and let you know when it's live.

There's still time to add to the backer poll

If you haven't seen it already I created a backer poll to let you vote on which items you think are the most ridiculous/weird. The items that receive the most votes will be worth the most points in the game. Let your voice be heard here.

Timeline

Going forward, I'll be posting regular updates and letting you know what's going on. As I mentioned above my priority is getting BackerKit set up. Once that's done Dan can start working on the new items. I'll be finalising and refining the rules. Once that's done we can get the game off to the printers.

Until next time!

We did it!

Thank you so so so much! This has been incredible! Over 400 people, that's definitely more than my own Facebook friends.

I'm currently watching some tennis with my cousin and uncle so I apologise for not giving more details. I will when I have some time.

I am truly blown away by your support. Although we didn't quite hit the 10K. I'll see what I can do ;)

Final Hours! I believe in you!
over 7 years ago – Wed, Nov 30, 2016 at 10:15:30 PM

There's only a few hours left and we're just 1K away from the final goal. Together we can do this. I believe in you.

A new inspection card will be added!

Over the last few hours we've hit enough tweets to add a new inspection card to the game! That's four unique inspection cards!
