Wow, that really is amazing. I'm so incredibly for your support!
Let's keep the momentum up! I have a cunning plan to help spread the word that I think you'll enjoy. You might have spotted that the baggage items in the game are based on real things people have tried to smuggle through customs. Much of these items were inspired by the amazing TSA instagram account. Seriously, go check it out.
Let's say thank you to the TSA for making this game possible.
The plan is to mass tweet the TSA. They have a massive following so a shout out from them good go a long way to help us get some more backers. That's not all! If we get 100 tweets to the TSA it will unlock a special reward for all backers! (More on that in the next update).

Don't have twitter? That's ok, you definitely know someone that does. Share this update with them using the buttons at the top of the page :)
Preview by Cloak and Meeple
Another great preview that just got released while I slept.
Still to come
I'll give some more details on the different game modes in the next update
Backer polls - I'm going to let you decide what points items are worth
Expansions? - I'm not promising anything but I'm going to speak to our manufacturer and see what the practicalities of this are
Until next time!

We're closing in on the 4K mark and 200 backers! This is awesome! Time to dance.
To celebrate once we reach 200 backers I'll add a new passenger card to the game.
That takes the us up to 10 unique passengers! Want some more? Me too! Let's go for 300 backers and I'll add another passenger to the game. Help spread the word so we can smash the funding goal like The Hulk smashes bad guys.
Thank You TSA!
We're making good progress but we still have a way to go. Don't forget once we hit 100 tweets I'll add a new inspection card to the game. Just click the link below.

Level Up! New Game Modes

Woohoo! Over 3.5K!
I can't thank you enough! We're doing so well, only £2K left until we are fully funded! (Apologies if you're in the US, as you'll see the funding goal in dollars, so it might not quite add up, unfortunately I can't see exactly what the amount translates as on Kickstarter)
Spread the word
The stats that I have from Kickstarter show that over 20% of backers have come from Facebook. So please share the page link on facebook, or do one better and tag some friends that love travelling, maybe you know someone that works in an airport or that person who always gets stopped by security.
Here's an update on the progress with the TSA twitter thank you.
If you missed the last update I said that I thought it would be fun to tweet the TSA to say thank you for helping inspire this game. In case you're wondering the TSA is, it's the Transportation Security Administration for the US. A few of you have already tweeted them which is fantastic but we need more to get their attention.
I also said that there would be a reward once we reach 100 tweets. That reward will come in the form of a new inspection card added to the game.
I'll keep you all updated with the progress of this. If you do tweet them without clicking the banner just be sure to tag @apaulinggames so that I can see it.
New Game Modes
As I hinted at in the first update I've been working on some new game modes. I'm still finalising the rules, but I wanted to give you an overview of the major differences for the advanced mode (if you have suggestions for a better title that would be much appreciated).
Drafting - build and customise your hand of passenger cards
Limited actions - you'll have to choose what actions to complete on your turn
Baggage check - protect your baggage items from sabotage
Next update I'll have some beta rules to share for the advanced and head to head mode.
Print and Play
Did you know there's already a high quality print and play version of Nothing To Declare available for you to try out? Check it out here. If you've played it I'd love to know what you think and whether you have any suggestions for new passenger abilities. Leave a comment below, in the comments section or message me.
A new game from our friends
Braincrack Games have just launched Mined Out on Kickstarter. I've played it and can totally recommend it if you like a small little brain buster.
Nearly half way after a day!

Hello, welcome and thank you!
We're nearly half way funded in 24 hours! That's so amazing, thank you! (yes, YOU!) Your early support is really crucial to helping make this game a reality. Let's work together and get this funded in 48 hours!
The plan
You see those big banners on the page? They're not just for show, they work, go on give it a click. Tag your friends, friends of friends, let's spread the work and get everyone involved.
Reviews and Previews
In the time since we've been live there have been two videos released and another written review! I'll update the page with the videos shortly, but if you can't wait here's the links;
https://youtu.be/uVeOgHj0axw and https://youtu.be/jx7Fr4Kv1Yg (look out for the line stabby fun) I really listen to feedback, the rules of the game have been tweaked since the guys at Board Game Society did their preview so that inspection cards are activated as soon as they are drawn - if you're not sure what I'm talking about check out the video.
Unleashing Our Potential
I didn't want to come to Kickstarter with a 100% complete game, I wanted you to be a part of the process of helping the game be the best it can be. We're 90% there but what we really need is your input. I want Nothing To Declare to be enjoyed by as many people as possible so to that end I'm happy to announce...
3 ways to play!
Straight out of the box Nothing To Declare will have three different game modes. A head-to-head mode designed specifically for two players. The classic mode and a new advanced mode designed for those who like less luck and more strategy in their games. I'll be explaining these more in future updates.
FAQs
Most people that have backed the game so far are familiar with Kickstarter. But there are a few of you that are new to it, so I want to make sure I answer any questions you have. So if you have any questions or want clarification on anything let me know in the comments or message me. I'll reply to your question and add it to the FAQs section.
Here's a starter for ten;
How can I get more than one copy of the game?
Anyone can add as many copies of the game they want, you just have do a little bit of math. First click manage pledge from the project page. The select change your pledge. Now you'll be able to enter the amount you want. Just add £14 for each additional copy of the game you want. So if you want two additional copies add £28 to your pledge. Your shipping will stay the same.
What's the deal with the playmat?
I'm glad you asked. The playmat is an add-on item that will be unlocked once we fully fund. It will also be a Kickstarter exclusive. That means, once we fund you'll have the option to adjust your pledge to manually add the extra amount needed to get the playmat regardless of what level you pledge at.
Why can't I have the playmat now?
Kickstarter doesn't separate out the funds for what I'd need to make the game and what would be for extra stuff. That could potentially mean that, if I had the playmat from the start, I might hit my target sooner but then I might not actually have enough cash to produce the game and the playmats. The solution then is to increase the goal. As this is my first project I wanted to keep things as simple and achievable as possible so I opted to keep them out of the main game until I know I can definitely make the game without having to compromise.
